I'm deeply saddened to hear of Rae's passing. My heart goes out to Meagan, one of the sweetest children I have ever met. Rae had a zest for life and one of my favorite sounds was her musical laughter. Its vivid in my mind and the way she would tilt her head to the side and laugh will be exactly the way I remember her. Rae was vivacious and charming and loved a good social situation for mingling.
