  • Dearest friend Judi today is August 16th your birthday❣ How many of those we celebrated over the years I swear a memory of you comes to me almost everyday. At a recent lunch with my sister & cousins I told of an afternoon with my Mother in the 80s. Her with me & you Judi visiting in her kitchen on McIntosh Street. Hilarious girl talk & wine & her funny funny caring motherly advice. The 3 of us laughed so so hard. We had a blast. My Mother loved that afternoon. She talked about it for years! She loved you too. Happy memories. I will miss you forever Judi. Hug friend ❤️Amy❤️ - Posted by: Amy Soroka Lagsdine (Forever friend) on: Aug 16, 2024

  • Some time has passed since my dear friend Judi has gone to rest...but I still think of her with love everyday and probably always will. We met in Lac but Bonnet when I was 17 and she was 19. Over the years always in touch...some years closer than others. We could pick up and visit like we were never apart. I always called her my little buddy...she'd laugh. So so many years of laughs and crafts and garage sales and lunches at Vickies. Fun shopping ...especially at thrift stores. Boy...could she find a bargain...usually designer brands!!! Sleepovers with my cousin Ellen at my home in Winnipeg or with our friend Joan at Judi's in Beausejour. We would sit up all night talking and eating and sharing every thought. Garden life and cookbooks and cooking conversations part of it all. Sitting outside under the stars with a bottle of wine on James St. And we'd just laugh and laugh and laugh. So many many memories little buddy. You were the most wonderful friend. I will miss you ❤️ Hugs. - Posted by: Amy soroka lagsdine (Forever friend) on: May 05, 2022

  • It is with great saddness I read the notice of Judi's passing. I realize she had been ill for a long time but I know she will be missed. Take comfort, she has passed through and is at peace; no more pain and is rejoycing with loved ones who were waiting on the other side. May God comfort you at this time and assure you she is with Him now. - Posted by: Edna Barrie (Friend of her sister) on: Oct 29, 2021
