The family would like to thank the ICU doctors, nurses and Neurosurgery team at HSC for all of their effort, care and compassion for Guy the past several weeks.
As per Guy's wishes and the ongoing public health concerns, a small service will be held at Green Acres at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dream Factory Foundation or a charity of your choice.
