STEFANINA (STEPHANIE) MYKITA
(nee PISTUN)
September 13, 1916 - October 30, 2021

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Stephanie passed away at Betel Home, Selkirk, MB on October 30, 2021, with her daughter by her side. Stephanie was 105 years old.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Marilyn (Glen) Place and their children, Samantha (Trevor) Gulewich, Lisa, Michelle, Alana and Stephanie; daughter Charlotte (Tim) Bisschop and their children, Cara - Mia Hodgins and Derek (Sherry) Hodgins, Gregory Bisschop and Nicole Bisschop, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The joy of her life were her eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1992; four brothers; three sisters; four sisters-in-law and two brothers-in law.
She will be buried beside her husband Peter during a private family graveside service at the North Foley Cemetery with Fr. Peter Chorney officiating.
The family would like to extend special thanks to all the staff at Betel Home for their care and compassion.
