Richard will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Diane, Patti (Franklin) Toms and Elaine Hopkins (Mark). A Celebration of Richard's Life will be held at Royal Canadian Legion # 3, 560 13th Street E, on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. Proof of vaccination will be required to attend. Donations in memory of Richard may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1379 Kenaston Blvd., Winnipeg, MB, R3P 2T5 or to Canadian Canadian Cancer Society, 5151, boul. de l'Assomption, Montreal, QC, H1T 4A9.
