He was predeceased by his father William in 1993 and his mother Angela in 2011.
He leaves to mourn his brother Sean and his brother and sister-in-law Austin and Jan. Alban will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
A private family memorial will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
