SUSAN DOROTHY HUNTER
(STOVER)
October 10, 1947 December 24, 2021
It is with immeasurable shock and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Mom on December 24, 2021.
We can only assume that Mom had a Christmas dinner/dance with Ken calling her to Heaven, and she simply couldn't miss it.
Those who were fortunate enough to know our Mom know that she was remarkably clever, full of life and made everybody better for having spent time with her.
Mom leaves countless friends and family with spirited memories full of hijinks, adventure and rhinestones.
Although the thought of living without you seems too much to bear, we will carry you within us always, and never truly part.
Dance your heart out Mom you were simply the best!
Your forever grateful children, Jason and Caroline
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.

Condolences, remembering the fun times at college and as young mums when the Hunter and Faircloth kids were little. Sorry we never stayed in touch. Your obit captured her essence. Thinking of you. - Posted by: Doreen Draffin (Friend from United college) on: Jan 14, 2022

Oh to open the paper and see Susan’s picture in a beautiful hat and gorgeous smile! However , saddened to see she had passed away on Christmas Eve. We spent many nights together at Vesuvios Restaurant where we sang & danced & partied with Kath. Just the gals having a night out ! And many dinner parties & memorable New Years Eve parties! And Susan out at our Lake of the Woods camp on Turnbull Island with Kath of course where we sang, danced , cooked great dinners & solved all our problems with the help of some wonderful wine! Only the best. She will be so missed. Sincere sympathies to Caroline & Jason & family. She was so proud of her children and loved you so much. I do believe she is with her beloved Ken who she missed so much. Warm regards, Cindy Parker - Posted by: Cindy Parker (Friend ) on: Jan 10, 2022
