DORINDA (JUDY) DOOKERAN
November 27, 1948 - December 21, 2021
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dorinda on December 21, 2021.
Dorinda is predeceased by her parents, Norman and Myrtle Dookharan. She leaves to mourn her daughter Natasha (Steve) Hoodspith, her son Richard (Kristy) Ragbir; grandchildren, Daniel, Andrea and Alex; brothers, Ivan, Eddie, Leslie (Irene) Dookeran; and sisters, Linda (Jimmy) Ramkalawan, Grace (Flynn) Ramsingh, and many nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank you for all of the love and support you gave our Mom.
Dorinda enjoyed coffee visits and watching game shows with her friends and loved visits with her family. Mom was a great cook and she loved to cook her famous and traditional curry beef, roti and dal for birthdays and especially Christmas Eve. We all looked forward to these dinners she made and no one did it better than Mom.
We have missed this and will continue to miss you every day.
We would like to thank Seven Oaks Hospital, and Parkview Care home for the care and support they gave our Mom.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
May love surround you now
and bring you peace.
If roses grow in heaven,
Lord pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.
