STOUFFER, Neil Franklin. On Friday January 21, 2022, Neil Franklin Stouffer of Belmont, MB, passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 90 years. Neil leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Phoebe (nee Bouton), four children Sheri Stouffer of Belmont, MB, Molly Stouffer (Kelly Gibson) of Minaki, ON, Gabe Stouffer (Heidi) of Boisse-vain, MB, Dan Stouffer (Linda) of Minneapolis, MN; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grand-children. A Celebration of Neil's life will be held on Saturday January 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, MB, with Kelly Gibson as officiant. Due to Covid restrictions, the service is limited to invited family members and friends. The service will be webcast and available to view online on Neil's profile page at
