FRANK RUDOLPH HOWK
September 12, 1957 - January 25, 2022
It is with deep sadness to announce that Frank peacefully passed away with his family by his side, at the St. Boniface Hospital.
He will be forever loved and missed by his wife, Celeste of 42 years; and his son Michael.
He leaves behind his brother Gary (Susan); and sisters, Heidi (Ed) Boyko and Lorie (Randy) Rondeau; his nieces. Jennifer (Sean) and Holly (Jamie). Frank was predeceased by his parents, Rudolph and Emma Howk.
Frank had a great sense of humour, he was very family oriented and family gatherings were always a special time for him. A link in our family chain has been broken. We will miss him so much.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Still have memories of Sunday's full of Frozen Beer! And the invention of the canoe carrier making canoe trips very entertaining! - Posted by: Glen Altstadt (Cousin) on: Jan 31, 2022

Frank was a great guy to be around. He was very good at electronics and designed and built many electronic projects. One of these projects was the electronic flashing torch carried across Manitoba for the Pan Am games. I'm sure all his Manitoba Hydro friends will miss him. Cheers Frank. - Posted by: Daryl W Michaluk (Co-worker and friend) on: Jan 30, 2022

Frank was one those great guys to work with at the Madison shop. Always a smile on his face. He will be remembered well by all who had the pleasure of spending any time with him. My deepest condolences. - Posted by: Lanny Smith (Co worker) on: Jan 30, 2022
