  • I'm so very sad for the loss of my dear friend Lena's father! He and his wife Zinalia RIP will both be remembered fondly! They always had their door open to anyone! Parties at their home were always fun with great homemade food by Zinalia! His laugh I can still hear lol.. I was always welcome there! Being friends with Lena for many years..since grade 7...I have great memories to cherish of her parents! He's the one who drove us girls half way to some beach lol trying to get us to Nightmoves where I met my husband Paul...oct.11/86 Thanks Joao! Mr. Aguiar!! Going to the portugese parties was always fun too! He once sponsored for one years event there! He won the vote to be the fiestas head man!!👏 I remember sitting in Lenas' home n rolling up it seemed like a thousand papers that were for the party. Fiesta!! Their living room beautifully decorated for the occasion n having to kneel n pray everytime you went by. Going camping with the family n Lena crawling into my tent as I knew about camping n cold nights lol. Her parents only brought a blanket n hardly no sleep but we had fun! Whatever we did or whereever we went I was always had a great time with the Aguiar family! May he rest in peace n go walk with Zinalia in heaven!🙏🏻 Amen!!
