1927-2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Gyula (Julius) Toth on February 14, 2022 at the age of 94.
Gyula leaves behind his three children, Maggie (Penney), Gyula (Toth Jr), Carla (Ordasia); grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Gyula was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1927. Came to Canada in 1957 and settled down in Wawa, Ontario for 12 years while working for Algoma Mines.
In 1969, moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he worked for the City of Winnipeg for many years. He lived a Good and Long Life, His way!
We love you and miss you.
A private service will be held at a later date.

Gyula Bacsi was my God Father in Wawa. I last saw him in the 1980s when he dropped in for a visit in Toronto. I fondly remember him and the Family, especially Maggie who I would love to hear from.
