ack was a man of quiet presence, a true gentleman, yet when he had to be heard, he did so calmly and sincerely. Mary Lou made a great choice in choosing this kind, gentle soul-a great husband, dad and grandfather. He was loved by many and admired for his strength of character, as witnessed by his work in the Winnipeg Police Department and his unwavering love for his family. Thinking of you all. Wish we could be there. Jack was an amazing person and we are truly lucky to have called him a friend and neighbor.
