With his family at his side, Bill Corkum passed away at the age of 71 on March 13, 2022 at Oakview Place in Winnipeg.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Westworth United Church. They ask that those attending wear masks and be vaccinated. If unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed on the Westworth website.
If people wish, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba or Canadian Foodgrains Bank.

We send our sympathy and prayers to all your family as you mourn a death and celebrate a life. Though Bill was a part of our John Black family for only a year we came to love him for his kindness, insight, grace, humour, and his faith so wonderfully shared with us through action, sermon, and story. I went to public school with Bill in Kemptville, ON at the time his father was the minister at St. John’s United. I heard Bill when he came back one time to preach at St. John’s.
