ALBERT PETER AMMETER
May 30, 1933 - March 15, 2022
Peacefully with family by his side, Albert Ammeter passed away at home on March 15, 2022 at the age of 88 years.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Gerry, and his children, Judy, Dale (Yumi), Sherri (Andy), Laurie (Joe) and Susan (Jeff), and 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Albert was born on a farm near Starbuck, MB on May 30, 1933. Farm life was his passion and he loved every moment he spent on the farm.
In October 2013, Albert and Gerry moved into The Parkway Retirement Community where Albert embraced the lifestyle and made many new friends.
In accordance with Albert's wishes, a private family service will be held at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

Sorry to hear of Albert’s passing. I will remember him as a passionate, nice man who visited us at the farm, always in the kitchen, on a chair close to the door. His voice would go up a few decibels each time he felt strongly about something he was discussing with my father. That was a long time ago, so these are memories of a very young girl; fond memories.
