When I think of your mom, Her collection of pins, earrings and broaches she wore which brings to mind the seasonal door wreaths Sherri had made for her. Always so put together and classy. Her vast knowledge of sports and her amazing recall of names. And how she so enjoyed the events and dinners that you put on. How delighted she was when Jessica wanted some of her well loved items when she moved, a silver Christmas tree and a sectional if I’m not mistaken. How interested and involved she was in politics. Her Scrabble games against Rick. Her endless bridge games. Her stories of Sherri’s home in Brandon that involved wall paper stripping parties. Her hunt every spring for salmon coloured geraniums. She was independently strong, gifted, intelligent in so many ways, devoted, respectful, knowledgeable, kind and so gracious. And how proud she was of her family. You were truly blessed. My sympathies to your family. Heaven truly gained an Angel. - Posted by: Janet Peterson (Friend) on: Apr 02, 2022
