CHRISTINE LYNN MAKOWESKI
March 18, 1964 - March 23, 2022
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Christine Lynn Makoweski (Pomrenke), 58, of Lac du Bonnet. Christine passed away March 23, 2022 at Pinawa Hospital after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Christine is survived by her husband Tony, brother Duane Pomrenke, sister Elaine (Larry) Schultz; nieces, Michelle Schultz, Melanie Ward (Roddy), and their sons, Oscar and Monty; mother Alice Pomrenke and mother-in-law Joyce Makoweski, brother-in-law Pete (Marcia) Makoweski, sister-in-law Carol (Rick) Schultz, and their daughters, Tessa Schultz and Sierra Schultz.
Christine was predeceased by her father Howard Pomrenke, stepdaughter Jessica Makoweski and father-in-law Paul Makoweski.
The funeral service will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, in Friedensthal, MB, with burial at the Overstone Cemetery.
