Jim and I had not been in touch for many years. But my condolences go out to the entire family. He was a kind, caring person with a wonderful sense of humour. His family was everything to him and he was especially proud of his grandkids. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. - Posted by: Ingrid Zacharias (Friend) on: Jun 17, 2025

I was just thinking of Jim the other day and am so sorry to hear of his passing. We worked together at Health Canada a decade ago. He always enjoyed sharing family updates and he had great restaurant recommendations. It was a pleasure working and chatting with him. I'm truly so sorry for your loss and hope you're all keeping well. - Posted by: Camille Banks (née Dupas) (Former Colleague) on: Aug 17, 2023

We are shocked and saddened for Jim’s family and offer our condolences to Kim and family. Pat & Don Brennan - Posted by: Patricia Brennan (Co-worker/ friend) on: Jul 03, 2022

Angela, we are very sad to hear of Jim's passing. We enjoyed all those lively chats by the bins every Tuesday and Jim's sense of humour. Whenever I see someone in shorts in the winter I will be reminded of Jim. We will miss him. I hope that his memory will strengthen you in the days to come.
