Elva was a sweet lady and I will miss her dearly. My mom Pam, Bev, myself and Elva went for many a breakfast together...I will miss those days. When my mother Pam passed away recently Elva was a great friend. Ken know she is in good hands with Dennis and Wayne, with a dessert in one hand and a slot machine in the other. I will miss her dearly. - Posted by: Shannon (Friend) on: Apr 13, 2022

Cynthia, Ken and families I was very saddened when I heard the news. Auntie Elva and Uncle Dennis gave me several wonderful memories. My mom is welcoming With Yahtzee and slots. Cherish the memories, even though there are tears. My thoughts are With you all. Karen - Posted by: Karen Harris (Niece) on: Apr 10, 2022

Elva and Dennis where one of the mainstays of the Vincent Massey Blvd group. My greatest memories of Elva came when Charlie Olson and I where having troubles assembling an appliance I had bought. Nothing fit. Elva came across the street picked up the instruction sheet read it, told us were we were wrong. She then laughed and said "it must be a male thing, you guys can never follow directions" Did she ever laugh as she walked back home. God needed some one to help him with direction, so he called Elva. Our prayers go out to the family Don and Joyce Sobering - Posted by: DON sobering (friend) on: Apr 09, 2022
