SANDRA RUTH TUCKER
Sandra Ruth Tucker passed away peacefully at the age of 61, on April 11, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She will be missed by her loving family including husband Pat; daughters, Mindy, Kaela and Nicole; brothers, Ross Arnold (Susan) and Gerald Arnold (Karen); as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Sandra grew up in Oakbank, Manitoba with family and friends. She graduated from Springfield Collegiate and went to work full time for the family business, Arnold Brothers Transport.
In 2003, Sandra and her brothers made the difficult decision to leave Arnold Brothers behind to pursue a new business venture, Western Storage. They worked there up until June 2015 when they sold the business.
Sandra was a hard-working woman who was passionate about anything she put her mind to. Whether it be building a business, raising a family, nurturing her friendships, she put her heart into everything she did.
Sandra valued her friendships through scrapbooking, business and many travels.
The family would like to acknowledge the compassion and care shown to Mom by Mayo Clinic, CancerCare and the Palliative Care unit 3E at Riverview Health Centre.
A celebration of her life will take place Tuesday, May 3 at 1:00 p.m. at Oakbank United Church, 582 Balsam Crescent, Oakbank, MB. As a request of the family, masks are mandatory.
For those that wish to join virtually, please visit Sandra's memorial page at www.SeasonsFunerals.com and click on the photos and video tab.
The world will be a little duller without her bright smile and giving heart.

Our deepest sympathy to Pat and family. We will always remember working together and coordinating work picnics and parties. We still remember after working together for a few years we found out we shared the same wedding anniversary and that we ended up spending our wedding nights in the same hotel. Only years later to also find out that the hotel had given your honeymoon suite to someone by mistake and we had had our room upgraded to the honeymoon suite. Our thought and prayers are with you all as we remember Sandra and the good times we had. - Posted by: Fred and Laurel Taylor (Friend) on: Apr 23, 2022

I was saddened to hear of Sandra’s passing. I met Sandra through her love of scrapbooking. She attended many crops and retreats within her scrapbooking community. Her passion for her craft showed in the beautiful pages she made for albums. Sandra was very talented and I know that her family will be thankful for all the memories that she scrapbooked into albums. I will miss her beautiful smile and friendship. My heartfelt sympathy to Pat, Mindy, Kaela and Nicole. I am so sorry to hear of Sandra's illness and passing. Our children went to school together and we raised our families in the same community. I will always remember Sandra, along with her husband Pat for being such kind and helpful people. As our children grew up, our paths no longer crossed as often, but one thing was always a constant with Sandra and that was, if you were to bump into her, she had a genuine smile for you and her good nature and kindness would always shine through! Rest in Peace Sandra. - Posted by: Diane Bohun (Community Acquaintance/Friend) on: Apr 16, 2022
