CONSTANCE (CONNIE) SNARR
September 23, 1929 – April 17, 2022

In the early hours of April 17, with her husband by her side, Connie found eternal peace.
She is survived by her husband Bud (Milton) of 75 years; daughter Cheryl Deverdenne and husband John and their children, Deanna Woodside and husband Steve and Tammy Schmidt and husband Dave; son Dennis and wife Jackie and their children, Chelsea Jalloh and partner Roland Pajares and Phillip Snarr and wife Marilyn. As well, she is survived by great-grandchildren, Sheldon and Kendall Woodside and Julia and Jack Snarr and one brother, George Campbell.
Connie was born September 23, 1929 to Peter and Anne Campbell and received her education in Winnipeg. Following her marriage to Bud, they resided in the Morris area for a time but eventually made their home in Fort Garry. Connie was an avid golfer and curler and enjoyed camping and travelling. She was employed as an office manager and receptionist for a medical specialist for many years. In 2001, Connie and Bud moved to their retirement home in Charleswood, where she continued to enjoy golfing and many other activities in the seniors' community and Charleswood United Church.
Above all else, family was always most important to Connie and she took great pride in everyone's achievements and treasured every visit and special event with them. After declining health necessitated her move to Pembina Place Care Home, visits from family were her greatest pleasure.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the nurses, staff and members of the recreation department at Pembina Place for their care, friendship and encouragement, especially during the trying times of the pandemic.
At Connie's request, no service will be held. Should friends so desire, memorial donations for Connie may be made to a charity of their choice.
