April 10, 1970 - April 18, 2022
Niccola (Nicci) Lynne Reynolds (nee Yarmie), 52, passed away on April 18, 2022 at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.
She was born in Winnipeg on April 10, 1970 to Eugene and Valerie Yarmie. Nicci grew up in Winnipeg and loved school. She attended the Baccalaureate at Silver Heights Collegiate.
Having lived and worked in Winnipeg, MB, Calgary, AB, and Colwood, BC as a Domestic Engineer. She loved BC the most and would go for long walks in the nearby parks and especially enjoyed the mountains, oceans and forests. She also loved the French language and European items.
She met her husband Garry tobogganing January 6, 1990 and married him on May 11 that same year and were happily married for almost 32 years.
Nicci lost the battle to depression after 38 years of struggling on and off. Nicci was very kind, loving, attentive and caring. She loved music as well as listening to her morning, afternoon and evening news on the radio.
She was predeceased by her father Eugene; her sister Rebecca; and her Aunt Vicky. She leaves behind her husband Garry; daughter Sharayah; her mother Valerie; her brother Jonathan (Angie); sister-in-law Valerie (Frank); brother-in-law Robert (Lynn).
We take comfort in the knowledge that she has gone to be with the Lord her Saviour and to gather with family and friends who have gone before her. We will miss your sense of humour, sweetness and your caring heart.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, May 16 at 1:30 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg. Webcast will be made available for those unable to attend at https://www.hdezwebcast.com/show/niccola-lynne-reynolds .

Valarie and family, We were so sad to hear to hear of Nicci's passing and extend our heartfelt condolences. You were my Mom's (now 102 years old) neighbours for a long period of time and we all enjoyed seeing the kids grow and our interactions with you even after the move. My deep condolences to Nicci’s family. I knew Nicci from French Immersion at Golden Gate Jr High and at Silver Heights, although we weren’t in the same classes in high school. I remember how smart Nicci was and had the top marks all the time! She worked so hard and was so kind and caring. We didn’t keep in touch after school. I always admired her work ethic and giving nature. I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. I lost my husband in 2020 and I know how hard loss is.
