Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Dear Esther, Eineke, Natalie, Ken, Zach, Jake, Brandon, Talia: My condolences on the loss of your husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed. Susan Popkes - Posted by: Susan Popkes (Sisterinlaw ) on: May 28, 2022

  • My sincere condolence to my former law school classmate, Esther Matz. She was a very bright student, and unlike the rest of us who just had to think about ourselves and maintaining a job on the side so we could pay our tuition. Esther had a husband and two lovely daughters to look after. My sincere condolences to Esther, a devoted and caring wife, who did everything possible for her family. She was kind enough to have those of us in the "M: section over for meals at her home, and participated in all law school activities in spite of her responsibilities to her family. She has also maintained an active practicing status. Perhaps now, Esther, you will have more time to spend with your four grandchildren and take some time for yourself. You are truly a remarkable woman. With affection and memories of happier times, Shelley Mitchell, class of 1978. - Posted by: Shelley Gay Mitchell (friend of Esther Matz ) on: May 26, 2022
