PAULINE FAY KELLY
November 23, 1926 – May 27, 2022

Peacefully, after a brief illness, it is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Pauline Fay Kelly on Friday, May 27, 2022.
Pauline is survived by special friends, Doug (Arlene), Jack (Rose), Collin, Peyton, Trevor (Carly), Evan (Heather), Brady (Kelly) and Gerald (Michelle).
She was predeceased by her mother Phyllis, her best friend Joyce, and her special friend Wendy.
Pauline was born in Winnipeg in 1926. She was a kind and gentle soul, fiercely independent living with cerebral palsy. She was highly intelligent, well read, and loved Opera and Classical music.
She was a real sports fan, especially the Bombers (went to many games) and the Jets.
Pauline worked as a home secretary for many years for the Wartime Pilots.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of choice.
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Concordia Place for their care and compassion. Thank you to Erica for her face-time calls and kindness.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I have just learned of Pauline's passing. I met Pauline when I was living in Winnipeg and was working with the Victorian Order of Nurses in 1966. We managed to keep in touch with Christmas cards each year. Now that I am living in New Brunswick I had hoped to be able to see her when I am visiting in Winnipeg next month. Pauline was always so kind and never complained about anything. She always seemed to be so grateful for any kindness shown to her. My deepest condolences to all of Pauline's family and friends. - Posted by: Pat Dunwoody (Friend) on: Sep 14, 2022

  • I just learned of Pauline's passing. Pauline was my client for at least 18 years. She was always kind and always had something interesting to talk about. She never complained about anything and was always grateful when someone did something for her. She was a nice friend and I had the honour of doing her hair for many years. With my deepest sympathy to Pauline's family and friends. Thank you Pauline for your patronage over the years. - Posted by: Liz Greenhalgh (Hairdresser and friend) on: Aug 31, 2022

  • To the family and friends of the late Pauline Kelly. I knew Pauline through S.M.D now Manitoba Possible. She did some group programming and then every once in a while I would run to her in a shopping centre. May she rest in peace, sincerely Jane Vandal๐Ÿ™๐ŸŽš๐Ÿ’ - Posted by: JaneVandal (Acquaintance) on: Jun 04, 2022
