LORRAINE ELIZABETH DEVENNEY
(nee DOLINSKI)
1939 – 2022
In the early morning of Saturday, June 11, 2022, Lorraine passed away at the Victoria General Hospital.
Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Frank in 2019; parents, Frank and Delilah Dolinski; sister Lorna Muys; and brother Lorne Dolinski.
Lorraine was born in Vita, Manitoba. At a young age, she moved to the St. Vital area in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lorraine worked for an extended period at Cargill Grain until her retirement.
Lorraine and Frank were married in November 1963. They had 45 years of wonderful memories together. They enjoyed their Sunday and holiday gatherings with their nieces and nephews. Although they did not have children, they had several toy poodles that they bred and showed. Lorraine treated her poodles like they were her children.
Lorraine's wish was to not have a service, she will be placed in the niche alongside her husband Frank in the Lasting Tribute Chapel at Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
