We wish to extend our condolences to Bernice’s family. She was a grand gal. Kind thoughtful and soft spoken, she often revealed a wit and sense of humour that made our conversations most interesting. She had a quiet dignity that just made you want to sit up straighter. She will be missed by her friends and most certainly her girls and extended family. - Posted by: Robin and Maria Allan (Friend of family) on: Aug 14, 2022

Condolences to Bernice's family. I was unable to attend the memorial service. Bernice was a very special lady. Bright, articulate, funny. I miss her dearly. - Posted by: Karen Lee (Friend) on: Aug 11, 2022

I was so saddened to read of dear Bernice's passing on May 26th. She was a most dedicated member of the University Womens' Handbell Choir and faithfully prepared every week before each rehearsal. I always appreciated my visits with her in her apartment or on the phone or going out to lunch. She was such a delightful personality and I very much treasured our ongoing friendship long after we were involved with the UW Club. Her nursing career is much to be admired. I certainly shall attend the memorial service on her 98th birthday. With deepest condolences to your entire family.
