GORDON HAROLD SMALLEY

SMALLEY: Gordon Harold Smalley. Gordon was born to Ruth and Joe Smalley on August 10, 1929. He died on Monday, August 1, 2022 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Gordon loved to golf and curl but best of all he loved to dance. As a young fellow he loved to play baseball. Gordon was a dedicated member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, The Royal Canadian Legion and the UCT. Gordon was predeceased by his parents, Ruth and Joe Smalley; his wife, Aileen; sister-in-law, Dorothy "Ike" and sister-in-law, Joyce. He is survived by his brothers, Alan (Donna) and Joe; special friends Susan and Vaughen Glasgow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Gordon may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation – Palliative Care, 150 McTavish Ave. E., Brandon, MB, R7A 2B3.
