IRENE MILES
1913 - 2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Irene Miles on July 28, 2022 at Riverview Health Centre.
Born in Winnipeg in 1913, she was just shy of her 109 birthday and was a life-long resident of Transcona.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank; son Terry; granddaughters, Celene and Samantha and son-in-law Ray Gregg.
She will be lovingly remembered by son Tom; daughter Sharon and Marilyn (Tom); grandchildren, Dean (Gertrude), Tracy (Randy), Jeff (Yilun), Lisa (John), Miles (Ali); great-grandchildren, Cole, Morgan, Grayson, Declan, Donovan, Eton and Austin; great-great grandchildren Trystin and Piper.
We would like to thank the staff of 1D Riverview Health Centre, for their excellent care.
A private family service will be held with burial in Transcona Cemetery.
