Peacefully, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 with family by his side, Walter passed away at Riverview Health Centre, at the age of 99 years.

My condolences to Gladys and Gail. Although I only met Walter briefly, I felt I knew him from talking with both of you, mostly at Victoria Beach where we have had great visits. I loved the stories about his building the cottage on Seventh Avenue with Gladys holding up wall so he could secure it in place.
