A Graveside Service will be held at the Brandon Cemetery Columbarium on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Richard's Life will follow at the Victoria Inn – Imperial Ball Room, 3550 Victoria Ave., Brandon, MB at 2:00 p.m. For those unable to attend in person, the family invites you to watch the graveside service and celebration of Richard's life by visiting Richard's tribute page
