PRATT: Mary Louise Pratt (Anderson). Louise passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, Brandon, Manitoba. She is survived by her daughter Sheri Crang and her husband Jim and grandchildren Jessica and Jimmi; and by her son Bill Pratt his wife Nancy and their children Guy and André Pratt. Louise is the proud daughter of Irene Pollock and Eric Anderson of Havelock, Ontario. Louise is finally reunited with her beloved husband, Tom Pratt, who passed away in 2007. They were school sweethearts who grew up together in Lakefield. Louise joined Tom in Halifax after they were married in Lakefield in 1960. Posted to Germany in the early 70's, Louise and her children were able to experience Europe on many road trips to France, Spain, Holland, Belgium and many more countries. Crisscrossing Canada from Victoria, BC to Halifax on many travels, Louise truly enjoyed dining in exotic places and living life to the fullest. Even after Tom left us, Louise continued to travel with her family on sunny vacations in the Caribbean or with her aunt and uncle Bruce and Janet Pollock on a cruise to Alaska. A proud member of her local Legion, Louise was the deputy zone commander of the ladies Auxiliary, attending many zone conventions across Ontario. She regularly participated in many Legion parades, charity fundraisers and community events every year. She was always one to seek out new adventures and socialize with the Red Hat ladies club or her Falcon Ridge ladies card club. Louise was loved by all. We are all sad to see her leave us but relieved that she is no longer in pain. We will all miss you Mom.
