April 3, 1933 - October 8, 2022
It is with profound sadness that we share news of the sudden passing of our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, peacefully at Riverview Health Centre.
Ella was predeceased by husband Franz in 2000.
Left to mourn are her children; Astrid (Bill) Bergstrom, Jasmine (Dan) Carlson, Cornelia Preprost and Adrian (Davina) Preprost; grandchildren, Carly, Desiree, Whitney, Derek, Tyler, Mathew, Eric, Carl; and great-grandchildren, Kurdt, Mika, Elora, Ryland and Casen.
A private family service will be held.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ella, my neighbour and friend at Sturgeon II Retirement Residence. I have known Ella for quite a few years where we were residents on the third floor and most every Monday afternoon we played Whist. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Ella and sharing time with her. Earlier this year I met Jasmine when she came to a number of Whist games and showed her prowess as a card player. We all enjoyed getting to know Jasmine and seeing her with her mother. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
