It is with deep sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Linda Brewster on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 following a brief illness.
Heartfelt thanks go to the kind staff at St. Boniface Hospital, where she not only worked for many years, but also eventually spent her final weeks.

To the Brewster Family; My sincere and heartfelt condolences in the loss of your Mother and the matriarch of your family. Although it has been a few years since I last saw Linda at St.Boniface Hospital, the memories will always be the same, especially when "we" were both younger; raising our families and being working "Moms"; carpooling at times back and forth to work.... Linda was always the epitome of a Nurse...always caring for others before herself...May you now "Rest In Eternal Peace", Linda...you so much earned and deserve it! With sincere sympathy... Regards, Margaret (Antonation) Benoit - Posted by: Margaret (Antonation) Benoit nee:McDougald (Former: Head Nurse Neurosurery Operating Room St. Boniface General Hospital Winnipeg, Manitoba ) on: Oct 20, 2022

Please accept my sincere condolences on Linda’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Even though, I had seen Little of Linda in the years since we graduated from St. Boniface, I enjoyed the visit at our 50th nurses reunion in 2017. Again my deepest sympathy - Posted by: Linda Homenick (Dagdick) (Nursing classmate) on: Oct 16, 2022

We went to high school together & played baseball which she was very good @.I was always envious as she never had to study as she was a smart girl. In her Later yrs when she was a nurse @ St B we would get together periodically for coffee @ Sals & chit chat about family & past times. She was a very kind & caring person & there was a time when my mom was in St B & she was the nurse that took care of her. She took care of many people during her nursing career & now hope she still is being cared for & angels r watching over her. May she Rest In Peace. - Posted by: Pat galbraith (Friends from high school & later yrs @ the coffee shop & many games of baseball which she was good @) on: Oct 15, 2022

Sincere condolences to Linda’s family on her passing. We were good friends growing up in Holland, Manitoba. We were in community groups & had many sleepovers! Our parents were long time friends also & lived across the street from each other in their later years. Hope your happy memories will be a comfort to you all now.
