On Saturday, October 15, 2022, Frances Mary Jay (nee Rouse), wife of the late Howard Jay, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away at Fairview Personal Care Home at the age of 86 years. Frances will be lovingly remembered by sons: Bob (Barb) and Kevin (Barbi); grandchildren: Josh, Justin (Megan), Tyler (Katherine), Molly (Oliver), Mikaela (Kyle) and Ashley (Matthew); step-grandson Devin (Chevonne); great-grandchildren: Sierra, Jace and Clayton; step-great-grandchildren: Madison and Avery. Frances also leaves to mourn her sisters: Kathy, Alice and Nora; brothers: Ernie and Jim and their families. Frances is predeceased by her loving husband, Howard and daughter, Shirley-Anne; brothers: Bill, Frank, Art; sister Louise, as well as parents: Bill and Mary Rouse. A Funeral Service for Frances will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Anglican Church, 580 Columbia St, Rivers, MB. Burial will follow at Ancrum Cemetery.
