MILDRED THALMANN
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mildred on October 25, 2022.
Mildred was predeceased by her father Ernest Andrew Thalmann, mother Mildred Mary Thalmann, sister Frieda McClure, brother Ernie Thalmann, and nephew Brian McClure.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family: brother-in-law Dave McClure, nephew Brent McClure, great-nephews, Brendan and Jena and Ryan and Cait McClure, and many great-great-nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by her extended family: Carrie Gingras, Jennifer Gingras and husband Ryan Dufreane, their daughter Josie, Adam (Georgia) Gingras, their two daughters, Addison and Isabella, Ryan Gingras, Brenda Gair and husband Alan Stevenson, as well as Hilary Gair.
Mildred was born in Brandon, MB on November 29, 1950. She grew up in Winnipeg attending school and spent most of her professional life with Canada Trust moving to Centra Gas before retiring. Mildred enjoyed spending time with her many lifelong friends and family who meant the world to her. She was a caring person who continually boasted about her growing family to anyone who would listen.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
