LISA IRENE YAREMA
July 10, 1966 - November 15, 2022

Our happy, beautiful, sweet Lisa went to heaven on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 2:35 a.m. at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.
Lisa was born on July 10, 1966, at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, MB, to Walter and Irene Yarema.
She went to school in Grunthal, where she had many good friends. She loved dancing, Ukrainian music and country music, she also loved karaoke. Lisa was the entertainer at all our gatherings.
Lisa moved in with Richard and Chris in 2001. She was part of their family. She worked for Wilson's Auto Electric during summer holidays, then worked in Ste. Anne at the Thrift Store and the recycling department, and again made many new friends in Ste. Anne.
Lisa went to many restaurants with Richard and Chris, and of course she would inform us of the good food and restaurants and which ones to avoid.
She went to the land, were she enjoyed the outdoors, deer and summer kitchen.
Oh, she loved her shopping! Making her shopping list over and over again, till it was right. Her favourite stores were Giant Tiger, Winners, Dollar Store and Tim's. Her favourite colour was "Blue". She loved flowers and nature!
Lisa, we enjoyed having you around and making us laugh.
Now you leave behind to mourn, Irene (mom), Lesley (brother), sister-in-law Sheila, Uncle Dennis, Auntie Steffie, Auntie Adene, as well as many family and friends, including Richard and Chris and family. Also left to mourn is my Lisa's Gord (her very good friend of 37 years) and Karen, her Grunthal days partner. They always had fun together.
She was predeceased by Walter (dad), Mickey, Baba and Gigi Novak, Baba and Gigi Yarema, Uncle Roger and Uncle Norman.

Lisa, you will always be remembered and we will miss you with all of our hearts.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 162 PTH 52 W, Steinbach, MB, with viewing one hour prior to the service.
Interment to follow the reception at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Rosa, MB.
