Condolences & Memories (12 entries)

  • Dear brother Vincent, I was saddened to hear about your loss. As I read through all the condolences, I thought she was highly respected and I could sense that she was living in the light of the Lord. Find comfort in knowing she is where we strive to be Romans 6:23. My prayers for you and your family as you journey through Elnor's celebration of life. - Posted by: Sister Sandra (Thurday night Bible's study sister) on: Dec 09, 2022

  • Vince and family: I was so very sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved wife, Vince. I know from our chats all those many years ago at Stanley Knowles that yours was a loving and strong marriage and family. Be strong, old friend, and let the love of your family help you through this difficult time. - Posted by: Jean Ogren (Vince's past coworker) on: Dec 03, 2022

  • Elnor brought so much joy and happiness to everyone around her. She's always putting others needs before her own. We live right next door to the Williams and every time I see Elnor, she would always tell me how blessed she is to have us for a neighbour. I could say the same about them. They are such wonderful family. She's got such a beautiful heart. She will surely be missed. Praying for strength, peace and comfort during this difficult time for the family. "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." - Deuteronomy 31:8 - Posted by: Eileen Tran (Neighbour) on: Nov 30, 2022

  • Elnor was my podmate at MB Hydro. I feel blessed to have known her as she was so full of wisdom and positivity. I enjoyed the quieter evenings at work when we had a chance to share. I always felt calm and peaceful when talking with her. My prayers go out to her family and friends. - Posted by: Collette St-Amant (Co-worker) on: Nov 29, 2022

  • I have fond memories of chatting with Elnor at work. She had such a positive outlook on life and always found something nice to say about whatever was going on. I hadn't seen her since retirement and trust that she made the most of that time enjoying her life and spreading joy. I also have to trust this must have been her right time to go, even if it feels too soon to her family and friends! So sorry for your loss! - Posted by: Anne Mahdi (Coworker) on: Nov 29, 2022

  • I had the pleasure of working with Elnor on a night shift for a few years at Centra Gas/Mb Hydro, she was one to always lend the knowledge she had and one of the few people I know that was always positive about things and kept me in line when I needed it. Will truly miss that smile! Elnor you will be missed on this earth. - Posted by: Wayne Ostrowski (co-worker) on: Nov 29, 2022

  • Elnor and I met at Goodlife gym 5 years ago. We discovered we both worked for the same company and knew some of the same people. We enjoyed talking every day at the gym both being retired. I loved her smile and her laugh. She was a person who loved life having a great family with kids and now grandkids. We just ran into each other at Polo park very recently. I will treasure my last memory and all our visits. I was richer for having known her!! I will miss her greatly. - Posted by: Brenda Sing (Gym friend ) on: Nov 24, 2022
