ANNIE KRUEGER
November 11, 1925 – January 3, 2023

Annie Krueger (nee Enns) peacefully passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at Bethesda Place in Steinbach, MB, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
She is survived by her children: Judy (Cliff) Walker, Shirley, Jim (Kelly), Margaret Lamb, Ruth (Steve) Summers, John (Pricilla), Tim (Corinne), Rick (Natalie), 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her dear husband Abram and one son-in-law.
Annie was born on November 11, 1925, in the village of Rosenthal, now Ukraine. Her family immigrated to Canada when she was two years of age and settled in Morris, MB. There she met Abram and they were married on August 4, 1946.
Throughout their married life they lived in various places: Dominion City, Winnipeg, Richmond, B.C. and Steinbach. Along with caring for her children, she was very active in church, having children's 5-day Clubs under C.E.F. and led many in a number of ladies home bible study groups. She was busy at home baking, quilting, sewing, knitting and always kept a big garden with lots of flowers.
The family wishes to express a great big thank you to Bethesda Place and their amazing staff for their excellent care and compassion during mom's stay there.
A Celebration of Life was held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB. A private interment at Heritage Cemetery took place before the service. To view the livestream, please visit http://birchwoodfuneralchapel.com and click on the link in Annie's obituary.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethesda Foundation.
