Jamie was my friend. Jamie was everyone's friend. He was kind and loving. He would do anything for anyone. If you had a business and you treated him well, he would go out of his way to help your business grow. He would tell the world about you. He would dine at your restaurant or use your services. He was just that kind of man. He would give you his shirt if you needed it. He was always looking out for everyone else. That is what kind of man Jamie was. Just a wonderful man. He was always there for me. The world needs more of him. I am sad he is gone. He will be missed by so many. - Posted by: Kerry-lynn Tully (Friend) on: Jan 28, 2023

My deepest condolences to Jamie’s family. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with Jamie at MacDon for many years and we shared many good times both at work and after. Sleep well, my friend. - Posted by: Don MacGregor (Workmate, friend) on: Jan 27, 2023

Marv, George. We are so sorry for your loss. In the few times we met Jamie we were struck by his easy going nature and his engaging personality. Although no words can ease your pain, this is a time of reflection on the time shared with such a fine son and know that we all benefited in paths crossed with Jamie. - Posted by: Don and Cindy Bergen (Neighbours ) on: Jan 26, 2023

My deepest condolences on the death of Jamie Almond. I taught Jamie Carpentry at Kildonan-East Collegiate during the 1970's. He was a mature person compared to his fellow students and I could talk to him on an adult level. He was always polite and had an excellent sense of humor. He was one of the good guys. I am truly sorry that he has passed away! - Posted by: Edward David Bailey (Teacher ) on: Jan 24, 2023
