• Alice was a friend of my sister Elsie and she occasionally was my babysitter in 1942 The last time I visited her was at her house in Brunkild and she had very great smelling apple pies in her oven. I have many memories of her and especially am grateful for the many visits and conversations with her when I was interim pastor at St. Paul’s in Brunkild for 2 years.
