• One of the most intense hockey players I ever coached. I coached him when he was twelve years old in a Pee Wee tournament in Weyburn, Saskatchewan and then years later in the inaugural season of the River East Royal Knights in 1981-82 where George was a key member of our Championship team. • I'm really sorry to hear about George's passing. I remember him fondly during the Ranger days of hockey. He LOVED to watch Blake play.
