It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, Tyler James Richard Smith, age 30, of Selkirk, Manitoba on March 25, 2023.
Tyler’s spirit will live on in his daughter Mila-June; parents, Joanne and Trent Smith; brothers, Trayton (Selayne), Trevin and Trenton; maternal grandfather Richard Krasnesky and paternal grandparents, Jeroline Smith and Raymond Smith. Tyler was predeceased by his grandmother Patricia June Krasnesky.
Tyler had a contagious smile, a witty personality and a selfless way of being, always putting others before himself. He was an avid hunter and fisherman with a passion for the outdoors. Tyler adored his daughter Mila-June and was an amazing, loving and caring father.
A viewing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Funeral service will also be held in the chapel on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing one hour prior to.
