We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of “Bruce” Lewis on May 20, 2023, at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour.
Bruce will be sadly missed by his brother Gord (Elaine), two nephews, one niece, four grandnephews, four grandnieces, and two great-grandnephews, as well as many neighbours and community members. He was predeceased by his father A. Spence, his mother Jean, and his beloved wife Bev (nee Vance).
Bruce retired, after a long career, from Air Canada in 1999. His passions included hunting, fishing, and raising Labrador Retrievers. Along with his wife, Bev, Bruce was very involved in his local community club. He could often be seen on the community grounds cutting grass with a pipe in his mouth or driving by just to check on the club.
At Bruce's request, there will not be a service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cooks Creek Community Club, which meant so much to Bruce.
