It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Senavich of St. Andrews, MB on June 9, 2023. Jean was a beloved mother, baba, sister, and friend. She was a loving wife to her husband Peter for 35 years until his passing in 1990.
Jean was born on November 10, 1936 to Wasyl and Mary Chubaty. Jean was a caring and dedicated mother to her three daughters, Sharon Hooker, Carol Pashko (John), and Angie Warkentin (Vern). She adored her seven grandchildren, Matthew and Scott Hooker, Thomas, Nicole (Nick), and Janelle Pashko, as well as Sara (Steve) and Kayla Warkentin.
Parastas Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Divine Liturgy will take place on Thursday, June 15, at 10:00 a.m. Both services will be held at the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church (530 Donald Rd, St. Andrews, MB).
