On June 11, 2023, Pearl Ellen Mary Finley (nee Armitte) passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family at the age of 88, following a brief illness. Pearl will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunty, cousin and friend to many.
Pearl is survived by her loving children, Graham (Rochelle), Brian, Debbie (John), Donna (Doug); eleven grandchildren, seven boys and four girls; thirty-two great-grandchildren, fourteen boys and eighteen girls and two great-great-granddaughters.
She was predeceased by her husband Chester in 2003; her daughter Lorna in 1999; her son Roy in 1968; her brother Walter in 2002; her daughter-in-law Maureen in 2018; her grandsons, Johnny in 2016, Dwight in 2017 and Jessie in 2005.
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
