With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Laurent “Mon Oncle Fatty” Syrenne, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, surrounded by loved ones.
Left to cherish his memory is Monique (Robert) Senecal and Lynne (Richard) LeBlanc; grandchildren, Natalie, Joanne, Julie, Mathieu, Megan and Grace; his brother Rene; sister-in-law Marlene; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his best friend and partner, Eva Dureault; his parents, Marguerite and Emile Syrenne; his sister Aline (Louis) Dureault; his brothers, Gilles Syrenne and Camille (Marguerite) Syrenne; and his sister-in-law Anne-Marie Syrenne.
As per Fatty’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.

Sincere sympathy to the Syrenne family. I have known members of the Syrenne family all of my adult life. He was loved by his nieces and nephews as well as his siblings.
