I was so saddened to read about Roch. He was such an incredibly nice guy and a pleasure to work with in the Commercial Crime Section in "D" Division HQ in Winnipeg. I remember him as being very tall with a big wide grin on his face and having a hearty laugh. I wish his family much love and support. I know he had a lot of love for you both and was especially proud of his daughter. May God comfort you in this difficult time. - Posted by: Sandy Meyerson (Public Servant) on: Jul 10, 2023

My heart truly broke the day I heard of Roch’s passing. I would never have met this incredible man if it wasn’t for my best friend, Jackie. Roch always treated me with kindness. He also was a great cook!! I feel so grateful and blessed to have known him. My love and prayers are with the entire family. I’m so sorry for y’all’s loss ❤️ - Posted by: Jasmine (Family friend ) on: Jul 08, 2023

Kimberley and family, I was deeply saddened to hear of Roch's passing. I was privileged to work with him in the Winnipeg Commercial Crime Section from 1999 - 2002. Roch was a friend to all, respected and admired for his work, his thoughtfulness of others and his inimitable "joie de vivre!" Roch's hearty laugh and smile would light up a room! We were blessed to be his coworker, for he represented the very best values of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. When we were with Roch, we stood a little prouder, following his example. He was truly one of the great Canadians that I had the pleasure to work with in my RCMP career. I pray that his memory and legacy of a life, well lived will comfort you in the days to follow. God bless. Rick Roy, RCMP Regimental #33405 - Posted by: Rick Roy (former Winnipeg RCMP coworker ) on: Jul 08, 2023
