Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAYWARD JOHN PRINCE
In the early morning hours of June 30, we had to say goodbye to someone very special, the sweetest man you could ever imagine, doting husband, father and grandfather.
Hayward is survived by his wife of 58 years, Kay; son Brian (Kim); daughter Laurel (Tom); and the light of his life, his granddaughters, Tessa, Ireland, and Brenna. He is also survived by his sister Sharon (Bob) and a large, much-loved extended family.
He was predeceased by his parents, as well as his brother Leaman and sister Anita.
As a family, we wish to express our wholehearted thanks to the incredibly caring staff at both CancerCare, and Luther Home, who looked after Hayward with compassion and dignity during his long fight. We knew he was in safe hands whenever we couldn’t be beside him. We will always be grateful.
Online Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time). Please contact the funeral home for login information.

Hayward will ALWAYS hold a special memory in my heart. He was the most humble, meek, kind and spiritual man anyone could ever meet. It’s been such a pleasure to have been in the same congregation and getting to know Hayward throughout my life. His love for Jehovah was always evident throughout his life. It was expressed by how he treated others and how he worshipped his God Jehovah. It is very comforting to know he is now safe in Jehovah’s loving memory and we will welcome him back to perfect health in the very near future. - Posted by: Cindy LoPresti (friend) on: Jul 15, 2023
