NADINE KRUK
It is with great sadness we announce that Mom passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, July 23, 2023.
She was born on March 26, 1945 in Keewatin, Ontario to Bertha and Ike Faulconer. Mom was predeceased by her husband Edward on January 5, 2009.
Mom will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children, Brian (Kimmie), Kim (Darrell), and Darryl (Tania), and her grandchildren, Benjamin (Lera), Aiden and Emily.
Mom was the most kind, thoughtful, sweet, loving and selfless woman we knew. Mom was her happiest when she was helping people whether it be volunteering, caregiving or cooking for others. Mom’s greatest joy was her family and she always made sure to keep us well fed. Family meals, cookie tins sent home and her famous cinnamon cake gifted over the years were too many to count! Mom’s needs were simple and she never wanted us to fuss over her. We are sure Mom impacted many lives over the years by her acts of kindness and caring.
We ask that you honour Mom by sharing a meal with your family and reminiscing about happy times spent with her.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to CancerCare Manitoba, Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice. Mom was generous with her money supporting numerous charities.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Green Acres on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The celebration will be livestreamed via www.greenacresfuneralhome.com.

Brian, Darryl, Kim & families Very sorry for your loss. Nadine was a great neighbour on Government Ave. for many years & we kept in touch after she moved. I know you will miss her dearly. So sad to hear that Nadine has passed away. Our loss is heavens gain. Nadine was a special lady. It was always a joy to visit with her and enjoy her delicious dinners. I got to know and spend time with Deenie through the Pasieka family, we spent time together during numerous celebration events. My last special memory was a wonderful homemade meal at her place with the whole group of us, she was a very kind and caring person and will be missed by all who knew her.
