I met Fabio many years ago when our girls first played Ringette together, we watched them grow up from giggly little girls to young women together. Lidia was a teammate that Chaisse played almost every year of Ringette with and some years of soccer and I‘m not sure Fabio ever missed a game so we saw each other a lot. In 2020 when the girls won their third City Championship together, we were discussing how we should get them together to take a picture of them with their three medals because they were the only ones of all the girls to do that. That was the last time I saw him, but he will always be remembered as one of my favorite Ringette parents. Someone who was always so nice, positive, cheerful and he was loud in that stands like me, I can still hear him cheering Lidia on. Our hearts go out to you Natalie, Lidia and Alessandro, your loss is tremendous. We knew him as a great guy, but the eulogy described what an amazing soul he truly was, Chaisse and I send our condolences and our love to all of you in this difficult time. - Posted by: Cara Robbins (Fellow Ringette Parent) on: Aug 06, 2023

We are devastated to hear about Fabio’s passing. Our hearts go out to Natalie, Lidia and Alessandro (Sandy). We got to know the family through hockey (the Victoria’s) and we even enjoyed a trip to Sweden for a hockey tournament with Natalie and Sandy (our son Cody was on the team as one of the goalies). We cannot imagine how devastating this is for the entire family. We have such good memories of Fabio who was always smiling and easy going. Even though we lost touch over the years as the kids got older he will be missed. Our condolences to Natalie, Lidia, and Alessandro (Sandy). We are thinking of you.
